I was reading the news in regards to yesterday's earthquake in Haiti and then saw this post on my sister's blog, which really says everything I'm feeling.
My heart is broken over the complete devastation these people are experiencing. So much loss of life and peace; the Red Cross is saying they lack the body bags needed for all the dead. They lack the food and water and medical equipment needed to be able to save many who survived the earthquake.
I'm praying for Haiti, and praying our country won't be dealt any disasters like this.

This is where I'm glad I pay my funds to the church. With as much aide as Red Cross gives, the church's disaster relief usually gets to places before them. Hopefully their estimates are wrong.
