Happy Birthday 2 Sky!

Skylar turned 2 yesterday! Amazing. People aren't kidding when they say time flies!

Since we were in California after our cruise last weekend, we decided to have a little family birthday party for Sky. Here's how it went.

Here she is with all of her presents. It's too bad she wasn't excited at all.

And the cake. "Sky Cake!" Oh man, she was talking about this cake all morning and couldn't wait to dig in! We decided to let her blow out the candles before she even got to her presents because...well, basically she didn't care about the presents until she got cake.

Blowing out the candles. Two of them! Can't believe she already has two candles on her cake.

Then we gave her some cake, but she went for the ice cream instead. And she taught us a new way to eat it.

Finally the presents! 

Here she is trying to load all of her presents into the new purse Morgan and Cade gave her. It was already full of bracelets, so she slapped those on her wrist and shoved a bunch of other toys inside.

She also got an awesome art kid from Grammy and Papa G!

 And a new baby from Grandma & Grandpa Comfoltey! I thought it would replace her old one, but she has decided they are twins.

Here's how she felt after opening all of her presents:

We LOVE this goofy girl and can't believe she's already two years old. We are so thankful to have her brightening up our lives every day. We love how she tends to prance instead of walk and how talkative she is. She has the sweetest little voice and loves to sing pretty much anything--I like to make up songs just to see if she copies them, which she does (and it confuses the heck out of Mikey).
