Three and a Half!

Sky was beyond thrilled to learn that today was her half-birthday. She freaked out when I told her she is now officially 3 1/2. Woohoo!

After a good long talk about why we don't get cake and parties on half-birthdays, she did get a little surprise (a few eraser toys that can be assembled and disassembled). She was so excited, she chose to play with those before bedtime instead of play the racing game on the Xbox! Erasers. Who knew?

This is how she spent her day. Dressed as a princess (purple dress, cape, headband, princess shoes and jewelry) topped with her scooter helmet, riding a rocket. Oh man, I really love her! This picture says more about my big girl than words ever could:
